IN-HOUSE TEAM TRAINING

One of the most cost effective training methods is team training in your own facility using your own projects. This highly interactive program will improve the presentation skills of each individual member of your team to achieve a seamless and effective winning approach. The benefit is that we adapt it to your own projects, client types, and presentation media preferences.

The Benefits:

◊  Cost-effective in-house training reduces travel time to public workshops.

◊  All participants learn how to work with each other for a seamless approach to a presentation.

◊  Team members discover how to maximize their own expertise and direct it to their client's project.

The Process

We begin by learning as much as possible about your firm's current presentation methodologies through our "Pre-Workshop Questionnaire." This gives us a prioritized list of your firm's objectives, the firm's major project types or specialty services, your customary presentation techniques, the level and extent of media usage, and other information you will  receive a "Menu" from which to select topics.

Project-Specific Consulting

When the project is a "must win", you may want an objective outside opinion on your overall approach to the project, your strategy in dealing  with the competition, and your approach to hitting the client's "hot buttons." This is a "customized consulting/coaching" session with only one goal - to win the selection!

Combinations

You may want to combine a seminar with team training in the same program. For example, a morning seminar and an afternoon team training, or a one-day workshop followed by a second day team training. You may also want to combine team training on a specific project presentation.
