Allison Heilman

Allison is the Chief Human Resources Officer of AEC Advisors, where she is responsible for leading the firm’s people strategy, with a focus on talent development, career growth, and building the leadership pipeline as the firm scales.

Allison brings more than 25 years of senior HR leadership across large, global financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Allianz Global Investors, PIMCO, and Guggenheim Partners. She has partnered with senior leadership at some of the world’s largest asset managers and investment platforms on talent strategy and development, including serving as Co-Head of Guggenheim Investments HR. Most recently, she served as HR Director, Americas at Christie’s, leading human resources for the company’s Americas business.

Allison is passionate about developing people and building company culture. She brings a deep understanding of talent strategy in people-driven, regulated financial services businesses, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, and creating the HR infrastructure to support the firm’s growth.

Allison graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Business Administration.
