Diego Fis

Diego brings expertise in M&A execution, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and cross-border transaction advisory to the AEC Advisors team.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2026, Diego spent over a year as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild & Co, where he worked as a generalist, primarily across the Healthcare, Real Estate & Lodging, and Infrastructure, Power, Renewables & Energy (IPRE) groups. During his tenure, he worked on domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side transactions, including the $2.0 billion sale of Alvogen to Lotus Pharmaceutical.

Diego graduated cum laude from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Philosophy.

Diego holds a FINRA Series 79 license and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
