Dylan Hopen

Dylan focuses on mergers & acquisitions, financial sponsor advisory, transaction execution, and corporate finance advisory.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors, Dylan worked on the Corporate Development team at Crescent Midstream (a Carlyle Group portfolio company), where he led financial modeling and valuation analysis on M&A and capital investments ranging from $40M to $600M.  Prior to Crescent Midstream, Dylan worked at a search fund as an Investment Associate executing acquisitions across consumer and business services.  Earlier in his career, Dylan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners, advising on sell-side M&A and a $2 billion out-of-court restructuring.

Dylan graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA and Concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
