Harris Mohsin

Harris focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, stock valuations, data analysis, and corporate finance modeling.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2025, Harris spent over 4 years at Rothschild & Co.’s investment banking team where he led deal execution on 15+ M&A transactions and specialized in sellside transactions with enterprise values of over $200 million.  Prior to Rothschild, Harris was an analyst at Sonenshine Partners for 2 years focused on lower middle market M&A transactions.

Harris graduated from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a BS in Business and Concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Harris holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
