Patrick focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, stock valuations, and corporate finance modeling.
Prior to joining AEC Advisors as an Analyst in 2019, Patrick was a Financial Analyst at Anvil Advisors, where he focused on corporate finance advisory, stock valuations, and investment analysis.
Patrick graduated from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team.
Patrick holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
