Satya Subramanian

Satya brings expertise in M&A execution, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and cross-border transaction advisory to the AEC Advisors team.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors, Satya spent over a year as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild & Co, where he worked on both buy-side and sell-side mandates. He served on the deal team advising Enstructure on its acquisition of LOGISTEC’s Marine Services business, building integrated operating, valuation, and financing models and developing structuring and waterfall analyses to support negotiations. He also advised Klick Inc on its cross-border acquisition of Oxford PharmaGenesis, supporting execution across diligence, valuation, and transaction negotiations.

Satya graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance.

Satya holds a FINRA Series 79 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
