Tom Pomponio

Tom is the Chief Financial Officer of AEC Advisors, where he is responsible for overseeing and scaling the firm’s financial operations, reporting, and strategic financial management.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors, Tom held senior finance and accounting roles across professional services, media, and technology-enabled businesses, including leadership positions as the Global Controller of global digital consultancy Huge and early-career experience at PwC. Tom also brings hands-on experience executing multiple M&A and private equity take-private transactions at both Huge (carve-out transaction from IPG with AEA Investors in 2024) and R/GA (carve-out transaction from IPG with Truelink Capital in 2025).

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He brings a rigorous, detail-oriented and data-driven approach to financial management, with a focus on scalability, accountability, and leading informed strategic decision-making as the firm grows.
