Tyler Albright

Tyler’s entire career has been focused on corporate finance advisory, mergers & acquisitions, private equity financial sponsor transactions, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

Prior to AEC Advisors, Tyler worked in several corporate finance advisory and investing roles, including as a Vice President at EFCG, a special situations investment analyst at Gansett Companies, as well as an investment banking associate at Ducera Partners.

Tyler received an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He was also a two-year captain of the Harvard varsity baseball team.

Tyler holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
