Yanni Louloudis

Yanni focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, stock valuations, and corporate finance modeling. He has over ten years of finance-related professional experience covering corporate finance, M&A advisory, capital markets, corporate treasury, and investment management.

Before joining AEC Advisors, he worked as an investment professional at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), spanning investments, corporate finance, and operations at the firm. He had the unique opportunity to work alongside the general contractors, architecture firms, and engineering companies that were awarded contracts by SNF to build three state-of-the-art hospitals in Greece. Prior to this role, Yanni was an investment banking associate at Perella Weinberg Partners, providing M&A advisory services to clients in the industrials sector. Before Perella Weinberg Partners, Yanni held corporate finance and corporate treasury roles within the industrials platform of General Electric and GE Capital.

Yanni graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a BBA, and received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
