Yasmin Serrato-Muñoz

Yasmin focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, data analysis, and corporate finance.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2023, Yasmin was an investment banking associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Bank of America. Her other professional work experiences include IT consulting at Accenture Federal Services and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Yasmin graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs. She received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
