Zac Blackburn

Zac brings expertise in investment banking execution, financial modeling, capital raises, and corporate finance advisory to the AEC Advisors team.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2026, Zac spent over a year at Lincoln International as the sole analyst on the Energy Transition, Power and Infrastructure team, where he executed M&A transactions and capital raises ranging from $100M to $350M across renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and energy services. Prior to Lincoln, Zac spent two years as a performance engineer at Nexamp and Primoris Renewable Energy, building energy yield and financial models for utility-scale solar projects.

Zac holds a Master of Science in Energy from Texas A&M University College of Engineering and a BS in Applied Geoscience from Texas Christian University.

Zac holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
