Zack Gray

Zack focuses on mergers & acquisitions, financial sponsor advisory, and transaction execution across AEC and broader business and technical services sectors.

Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2026, Zack spent eight years at Lincoln International in the M&A group, where he rose from Associate to Director and focused on sell-side transactions across the business services landscape.  Prior to Lincoln, Zack spent eight years at PNC Bank focused on corporate credit underwriting and vertical client coverage.

Zack holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.  He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
