Andrej Avelini

Andrej has spent over two decades serving clients in the AEC industry, providing corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions advice (180+ completed AEC industry transactions), as well as private equity capital raising, internal stock valuations, benchmarking, and other financial advisory services. He has advised CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors of 500+ global AEC firms.

Prior to AEC Advisors, Andrej was the Managing Director and head of M&A and Valuations at EFCG, for 22 years. Prior to EFCG, Andrej worked at Salomon Brothers.

Andrej has an MBA from Columbia University and received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Freed-Hardeman University.

Andrej holds FINRA Series 24, 63, 79, and 99 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
